As the founder and sole member of Hagen Law, Ms. Hagen focuses her attention on the residents and businesses of Sussex County, New Jersey, and the greater New Jersey region. Ms. Hagen advises her business clients on a variety of legal matters helping to reduce both short term and long term risk and thereby aiding in her clients’ growth and prosperity. On an individual level, Ms. Hagen guides her clients through the home buying/selling process(es), ensuring client understanding and comfort each step of the way.
Prior to forming her own practice, Ms. Hagen served as counsel for the in-house legal department of Cantel Medical Corp. (NYSE: CMD), a global medical device company with annual revenues in excess of $1 billion, where she was a generalist performing key responsibilities such as the review and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, compliance with the rules set forth by the Securities and Exchange Commission, litigation management, management of customer bankruptcy filings, and other general corporate matters.
Ms. Hagen received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School – Newark where she graduated with cum laude honors and served as Senior Editor on the Rutgers University Law Review. Additionally, she served as a Teaching Assistant for the first year law student Legal Analysis, Writing & Research Skills I and II courses.
